Alright. Well can you e-mail me at [email protected] ? I can e-mail you back and forth and answer any questions you may have. That way you can get all the help you need. I also, suggest checking out reviews and other book summaries online. Edit: Also, do you have any idea what chapter you are up to? Or page number? It's gonna be difficult for me to look for the exact part... And, I used the yahoo searchbar. I think you can find a bunch of info here. http://answers.yahoo.com/search/search_r... Eventually you will find something here. http://letmegooglethatforyou.com/?q=book...

Dunky Originally Answered: How do I get a good nights sleep?
No. 1: Stick to a sleep schedule Go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even on weekends, holidays and days off. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle and helps promote better sleep at night. There's a caveat, though. If you don't fall asleep within about 15 minutes, get up and do something relaxing. Go back to bed when you're tired. If you agonize over falling asleep, you might find it even tougher to nod off. No. 2: Pay attention to what you eat and drink Don't go to bed either hungry or stuffed. Your discomfort might keep you up. Also limit how much you drink before bed, to prevent disruptive middle-of-the-night trips to the toilet.Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. The stimulating effects of nicotine and caffeine — which take hours to wear off — can wreak havoc with quality sleep. And even though alcohol might make you feel sleepy at first, it can disrupt sleep later in the night. No. 3: Create a bedtime ritual Do the same things each night to tell your body it's time to wind down. This might include taking a warm bath or shower, reading a book, or listening to soothing music — preferably with the lights dimmed. Relaxing activities can promote better sleep by easing the transition between wakefulness and drowsiness.Be wary of using the TV or other electronic devices as part of your bedtime ritual. Some research suggests that screen time or other media use before bedtime interferes with sleep. No. 4: Get comfortable Create a room that's ideal for sleeping. Often, this means cool, dark and quiet. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs.Your mattress and pillow can contribute to better sleep, too. Since the features of good bedding are subjective, choose what feels most comfortable to you. If you share your bed, make sure there's enough room for two. If you have children or pets, set limits on how often they sleep with you — or insist on separate sleeping quarters. No. 5: Follow this tips Really, follow them and you will sleep better and you will feel better. I wish you best!

Don't have fantastic sex. That actually causes you to stay awake! Don't drink anything with caffeine. Don't take Anacin either it has it in it... Make sure if your windows are open, that the screen is closed or you are on the second floor... Eat a LARGE MEAL with Chicken...It makes me sleepy...Should work for you...Maybe.

Sleeping pills can give you bad side effects such as headaches and drowsiness during the day so you are better off without them. To sleep better just relax and switch off, if you can. If you are having trouble switching off at bedtime some light exercise (for example, push ups or sit ups) at bedtime often helps you to relax, unwind and switch off and that often improves your sleep. Strenuous exercise at bedtime is likely to ruin your sleep. Common OTC sleep aids include Chamomile tea, 5-HTP, Melatonin and Valerian Root. Sleep enhancing foods include warm milk, turkey, cherries, oatmeal, bananas, wine and others as in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22s... You can see further tips in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22h... which tells you "how to fall asleep and stay asleep".

Well Aphrodite doesn't die and gets up. Aphrodite has turned into a human and Stevie Rae is a red vampyre. Aphrodite freaks because shes human and runs out the trap door and Stevie Rae runs after her. The book I'm pretty sure ends there. With all of Zoey's friends thinking she's a liar and traitor.

Oh yes, ESPECIALLY this weekend. Considering I have exams all this week. I regret this whole weekend. Friday my boyfriend and I hung out late (I don't regret that), Then I stayed up till 5am, and slept till 4pm on saturday. Then Did the same thing that night! and now I have no clue how I'm gonna get to sleep tonight, since I didn't wake up till about 3pm! I absolutely hate Sundays, and Mondays. They're so boring. =/
