well, during the day they do photosynthesis making sugars, each containing, 1273 KJ of enery, that they use to make ATP, with only 7.3 KJ of energy, they use atp as enery as it is safer to use and more efficient(less energy lost) there soure of cellular energy is ATP, so much sugar it created that they have enough sugar to last all nite continuing to make atp for many hours, and when they run out of glucose, they use there stockpiled ATP.

At night, when photosynthesis does not occur - no sunlight for energy - respiration does occur, which gives off carbon dioxide just as it does in animals. On balance, though, plants take up much more carbon dioxide in photosynthesis than they give off in respiration.

It happens to me most nights, just put on a funny film - ignore the bad remarks and just feel at peace, pick up a new film or do something you love like writing or drawing or try something new. Try and remember to finish your homework and get a good nights rest.
