What is the legal procedure after a robbery where homicide is invovled? Topic: How to write a match report

Question: Okay, I'm writing a novel and one of the scenes in it occurs during a hold up at a gas station. Well, it's not really a hold up...since the lead guy comes in guns blazing and kills the cashier. One of the people in the store ends up killing two of the robbers in self defense. Now, how is this situation handled in real life? Do the police have to determine if it was in fact self defense? What exactly goes on? Are they interrogated? Do they have to come to the police station? Does it vary by state? Any help would be appreciated.

The people that shot the robbers would be taken to the station or a processing center and interrogated. If the stories and evidence all matched up, they would be processed then released and a report would be written.

Ok, his insurance doesn't cover his illegal act. So let's just get that clear up front. 1. You bought a house. You lied on the loan papers, to get an FHA loan. How in the WORLD are you going to prove, your word against his, that the accountant was an accomplice in this? The only clear cut, provable illegal act here, was on YOUR part. 1a, yes, insurance doesn't cover deliberate illegal acts. If he has errors and ommissions coverage, it might pay his defense costs, but not the judgement. You're going to have a TON of out of pocket expenses, because I do NOT think you're going to get an attorney to sue this guy on a contingency basis. And, you can't file a claim on his insurance - you have to sue him. 2. I certainly don't see how the illegal transaction helps you. 3. The insurance company isn't going to do anything about this - but the judge who hears the lawsuit might. It's flat out loan fraud - on your part. 4. No. Because the insurance company isn't EVER going to pay the judgement amount anyway - it's not covered. And frankly, this guy probably doesn't have errors and ommissions coverage in the first place. And you'll likely be paying your attorney way more than the $8,000, to take it to court. The attorney defending himself isn't going to cost him any more than an attorney prosecuting it, is going to cost you. And HE'S got the stronger case. Bottom line: You bought the house. You own the rental house. Period.

How did you lose 8,000 for the down payment? How did you lose 5,000 for the closing costs? Do you have any paper work that shows that your friend or even the "accountant" who was involved in this deal, made a promise to reimburse you for your costs? You're saying here that you were aware that this deal involved a sale using FHA, which provides for Owner Occupied homes, to qualify for a loan, but just because the house was rented didn't mean that the deal was illegal. It is presumed that when the mortgage is taken oven, that the owner will evict the tenant, and take up residence. So there is no "illegality" - and you need a real paper trail (not emails - they won't stand up in court or with insurance companies) Your case is weak, and you should just get over it and live with the fact that somebody lied and cheated you.

Any time there is a homicide the first officer on scene has to secure the crime scene and make sure there is no other threats. as additional officers arrive they secure all witnesses and separate them so they can be questioned separately. Now If the person the killed in self defense is still at the scene he would be handcuffed (protocol) and separated until the detectives arrived and interrogated him. The video surveillance, evidence and the witness statements will clear him of all charges.

If zombies were real, then chances are that at least some of the definitions associated with them would be zombie-specific and not necessarily grounded in current legal terminology. The most relevant issues here would be clinical and legal death (a zombie would be legally dead if they had no brain function, assuming the condition cannot be reversed). The other issue you forgot in your list was dealing with wild and dangerous animals, which is also relevant here, as zombies bear some semblance to those as well. In a real-life zombie apocalypse, zombie-specific legislation could be passed allowing special precautions to be taken specific to them.

It is identical to they are saying in the professional-life advertisements. How come when you want it it's a youngster and when you do not it can be some thing else? What a comic story society has end up because of this very public and incorrect trouble. In case you are inconvenienced by means of some thing in my view, although (principally if) it can be your own doing, which you can just reduce the difficulty away. Why the hell else do we have now girls giving birth within the women room on promenade night time, toss the child in the dumpster/trash and return onto the dance floor. In a extra sane world where this girl wasn't taught that it was good enough this do not have occurred. Davidmi711 you could have faulty good judgment..If we were in a vehicle destroy (my fault) and one of your kidneys is destroyed do i go to penal complex for destruction of property? No.. So if a fetus is solely a part of a girl like a body tag then it is no more or less than a kidney so how does it work both approaches? It cannot be homicide if it's property
