Topic: Different kinds of academic papers
June 26, 2019 / By Derren Question:
I suspect my step son is smoking pot but dont know for sure. Sometimes there is a smell about him which is like cigar smoke only I know it isnt cigars. It isnt cigarette smell either. The smell seems pleasant and aromatic. Could it be pot? Confrontation gets nowhere. Behavior wise he is always disappearing to remote corners of the garden and sometimes is in an exalted state over nothing. One time I had placed a sieve like filter over the bathroom sink drain and found tiny brown grains in it. Fool that I was I wondered if it was small dead brown ants or something like that. Now I remember that all grains were equal in size. I asked my stepson what they were (was genuinely puzzled) and he seemed to get angry at the mere question, ran the tap and drained it off and brushed off my question. Is hash or marijuana grainy and brown in color? Any feedback would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Q: What is Marijuana? Are there different kinds?
A: Marijuana is a green, brown, or gray mixture of dried, shredded leaves, stems, seeds, and flowers of the hemp plant (Cannabis sativa). Before the 1960s, many Americans had never heard of marijuana, but today it is the most often used illegal drug in this country.
Cannabis is a term that refers to marijuana and other drugs made from the same plant. Strong forms of cannabis include sinse-milla (sin-seh-me-yah), hashish ("hash” for short), and hash oil.
Q: How can I tell if my child has been using marijuana?
A: There are some signs you might be able to see. If someone is high on marijuana, he or she might
seem dizzy and have trouble walking;
seem silly and giggly for no reason;
have very red, bloodshot eyes; and
have a hard time remembering things that just happened.
When the early effects fade, over a few hours, the user can become very sleepy.
Parents should be aware of changes in their child’s behavior, although this may be difficult with teenagers. Parents should look for withdrawal, depression, fatigue, carelessness with grooming, hostility, and deteriorating relationships with family members and friends. In addition, changes in academic performance, increased absenteeism or truancy, lost interest in sports or other favorite activities, and changes in eating or sleeping habits could be related to drug use. However, these signs may also indicate problems other than use of drugs.
In addition, parents should be aware of:
signs of drugs and drug paraphernalia, including pipes and rolling papers.
odor on clothes and in the bedroom
use of incense and other deodorizers
use of eye drops
clothing, posters, jewelry, etc., promoting drug use

Rosie C has a very good response and, I just read on CNN that cannabis is related to psychotic diseases, it's not know if one develops these diseases from smoking pot or, the disease is there and the pot smoking brings it out.
In a 17 years study of over 47 thousand, yes thousand people, it's found that psychotic tendencies are brought out by the chemicals in pot. One should be aware of what could happen if one indulges.
If this step son of your continues to elude you then you and your husband should corner him and find out for sure and put a stop to it before this gets out of hand and he graduates to higher things like meth.
I ignored my daughter and son-in-law due to making my American dream and they needed help. Now he's in prison, the children do have a nice home after twelve years and she has another nice man. It all could have been avoided had I jumped up on the table and screamed at her and him, maybe it would have done something other then the response I took.
Hash can be brown but is unlikely
really if you cant tell by his behavoir then i wouldnt take the time to test him
unless hes living in a basement not working and not going to school i wouldnt really worry about it
we all smoke weed at some point
its a rite of passage
