Glasgow Community Safety Services (GCSS) and a team of 4 people who had opted to do community service rather than pay a £50 fine for dropping litter in Glasgow cleaned all the litter from the car park, the parks depot and Otago Street on Saturday 28 February. It is a boost to GOW triangle commmunity coming the day before our own clean up (last Sunday).
