Glasgow Wood Recycling has an ethical shop where you can buy a range of home & garden products made from locally reclaimed wood.

They can design and develop custom-made products to your specifications. Their prices are very affordable and products range from small to medium-sized – Bird boxes, window boxes – to large – bin stores and raised planters. Not only do they reclaim wood which is reconstructed into new pieces, but they sell church pews, doors and other original items that come their way. Check the website for current stock.
The charity can turn it’s hand to varied projects. One recent activity involved using 1,500, 2 litre, reclaimed plastic bottles to construct a greenhouse for their physical shop site. (below, right)
