Gibson Street’s newest shop owners are  artisan roast. They set up primarily in 2008 as a ‘bean’ shop (supplying coffee to businesses in Edinburgh), but responding to customer demand, added a cafe.

Their new aquisition is 15-17 Gibson St, in Glasgow. This was the unit that housed iCafe, before the fire and their relocation to Woodlands Rd.

No news as yet what will happen to the Chicken Cottage, still shut (reportedly) following a staff fracas.
