It depends how you mean, as in daily life? work life? Advantages would be that its quick and easy, you can send files, you can have live conferences, you can use it to remote access another pc... Disadvantages would be that it can be a little slow depending on internet connection, quality might not be perfect, it can be distracting whilst at work and it could also help hackers obtain system information and more... hope this helps

An advantage is it's quick, easy and instant hence its name. You don't need a phone, where you could possibly run up a bill, just to talk to someone because you can do it for free online. A disadvantage is there's no tone with instant messaging. I could say one thing, and mean it very sarcastically, which someone could grasp had they heard me say it over the phone. However, if I simply type it, the sarcasm factor may not be noticed, and the person I'm talking to could take whatever I said the wrong way. That's the only disadvantage I have with it personally. However, some may add about online predators. if you will Some kids, even teens and adults, are as smart as they should be when they talk online. Most people will talk to anyone who IM's, and it's so easy for these predators to beat specific information out of them if they're not using common sense and keeping their guard up

Goto Tools>Record>Macro then when its recording do something on screen such as type your address, stop recording the macro. whenever you run the macro in the future it will do whatever you recorder on screen. You can also add a button to one of the toolbars as a shortcut to your macro. Right Click the toolbar and click customize.

Yes. It does. Smoking has carcinogens in it which coverts proto oncogene to oncogene.A proto-oncogene is a normal gene that can become an oncogene due to mutations or increased expression. The resultant protein may be termed an oncoprotein. Proto-oncogenes code for proteins that help to regulate cell growth and differentiation. Proto-oncogenes are often involved in signal transduction and execution of mitogenic signals, usually through their protein products. Upon activation, a proto-oncogene (or its product) becomes a tumor-inducing agent, an oncogene Examples of proto-oncogenes include RAS, WNT, MYC, ERK, and TRK. The MYC gene is implicated in Burkitt's Lymphoma, which starts when a chromosomal translocation moves an enhancer sequence within the vicinity of the myc gene. The myc gene codes for widely used transcription factors, when the enhancer sequence is wrongly placed, these transcription factors are produced at much higher rates. Another example of an oncogene is the Bcr-Abl gene found on the Philadelphia Chromosome, a piece of genetic material seen in Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia caused by the translocation of pieces from chromosomes 9 and 22. Bcr-Abl codes for a receptor tyrosine kinase which is constitutively active, leading to uncontrolled cell proliferation. This is active smoking. Passive smoking is even dangerous so ethically it isn't good. There are filters in cigarettes that do not let a lot of substances to get it, while passive smokers, like people around you who inhale it, get severly damaged by it.
