SPRINT, yeah, jogging will make you lose fat throughout ur whole body, and if you're happy with everything but your legs, sprinting is the thing to do. now instead of writing a long essay here, i really just think you should google how to sprint or something, cuz yeah i'm not a coach or anything, i don't want to teach you wrongly.
i play rugby and some of my friends who never do any leg workouts and are always sprinting around have some super nicely toned legs, plus they're not too muscular. and maybe if u just see the track girls at your school, u can see that hey, their legs aren't so bad huh.
to do it quickly, do an all out sprint for 30 seconds, maybe 200m on a track? just go all the way, don't slow down or anything. pretend a tigers chasing you, and i guess don't care too much about your image as you run, u'll just slow down, and won't actually tone your legs. do that three times after a good rest (when you're no longer out of breath)
do that about three times a week, and ur legs could be toned after a month.
and of course watch the diet
dont starve, or you'll have no energy to do the sprints
