June 26, 2019 / By Carlton
Question: Ok, this is the worst problem ever! i mean whenever i turn on my computer, some error message comes saying somethign is wrong. then i try to go on Microsoft word and that doesnt even open. then when i go to my computer, some error message comes saying that it can improve my computer performance and if i click ok some thing called system protector website comes and asks me to install it. then if i go on to mozilla firefox, after exactly 5 minutes, some error message comes saying there was an error and i ahve to click ok to solve it. then everything laggs and i can't open anything. then when i restart, at the beginning, it says the file system is NTFS and can not open and it says windows is checking. and to add to all that. in the 5 min, i am in firefox, every 1 min some pop-up opens even if i am on a website like google.com and google doesnt have any pop-ups! and to add to all that, i cant open in safe mode! i hate this! Also, my norton anti virus has stopped working! also, a week ago i tried avast and antivir. avast was messed up and antivir was even more messed up. so i dont think i need some suggeestions for new anti virus systems. can anyone tell me how to deal with the problem properly please??! i tried system restore and it didn't work. also this bug i think came from limewire. next time ill be safe. stupid limewire. is there anything else i can do?

It sounds to me like you've gotten several viruses and/or trojan horses that have totally wrecked your system. Normally, I'd dig my heels in and run the many utilities and programs that can be used to get rid of what's ailing a computer. (I've done it myself a couple times -- took a good 8 hrs worth of work)... And I'm probably one of the few people that very rarely recommend that you 'f-disk' a computer. However, in your case, it really seems like you have multiple problems and working through them step-by-step will take a long time. IF you have the original recovery CD's, I'd completely wipe out the OS and all data and start over. You'd also have to re--install programs that you've added - so be sure you have CD's, etc. of those as well for the ones you absolutely have to have on your computer. You would obviously have to save data that you can't afford to lose (files) on a back-up device (flash drive, etc.) but even there I'd be careful since some of those files may be corrupted with what's ailing your computer and you run the risk of re-infecting a "clean" computer. DON'T do it if you have no idea how... get someone to do it for you. Sorry... MaggieB

You have been infested with some serious viruses and related maleware. It sounds like you have bugs that have disabled virus protection and other safety features and now they want to sell you a "cure all" that "cures" you for the short time from the bug they planted. You need to be more careful when you use the Internet. I also recommend that you never open any attachments to e mail, no matter who sends it to you. This is particularly true of attachments that link you to a site that downloads something - you do not know what all it downloads. If you are unable to activate virus protection and clean it up, try the House Call feature of Trend Micro (www.trendmicro.com) and do an on line scan and clean up if this is possible. Try system restore to restore to a point before the bug came if this is possible. If neither of these work the bug is a particulary nasty one and you may need to reformat the hard drive, wiping it clean and restarting it.

Do NOT do a approach repair. Do what Syeda mentioned, mine is truthfully at a hundred twenty five% seeing that I have a higher reveal. The precise environment is subsequent to what appears like a magnifying glass at the backside correct of the web explorer window. If that does not paintings, character settings are in web explorers 'view' menu. If its the whole thing, adding icons, then correct click on your laptop, select 'personalization' then 'show settings' cross down in choice a little bit at a time untill you might have what you wish.

You did the best thing for him by showing who you really are. You just did not get it when he "randomly" asked to spend some time with you prior to the Prom. Why so rigid? He apparently liked being around you.Don't be surprised if word gets around and no one asks you out. Your act of contrition seems shallow because even in your question you are thinking about yourself. However it's up to him to forgive you.Somehow a lousy pizza doesn't cut it. Put yourself in his place through his eyes and that's called empathy. Meet him in person face to face,if he even wants to see you and tell him you are sorry and explain to him that you are working on a character flaw in yourself and in the future will not play with another persons emotions. There are always consequences to bad behavior and at least you are feeling some remorse.Keep your friends out of it.It's between you and him.If you are not sincere he will pick it up and have even less respect for you.I know you did not want a lecture but this is a life lesson you could have a opportunity to make good.It will help you live a happier life in the future with or without him.Friendship is earned.
