Well they are my favorite band! :D Sonya does basically all english. Before Alex left, he would do basically all other languages, or english. I like her vocals better than his by far. I am soooo glad you like them they are sooo cool. Here's some you can understand (check the descriptions of the videos, some have lyrics) This one is english My Lullaby - LIVE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fgs5mW0wG... This one is basically all english. Some other languages. Like the "Oh carmilla, Mircalla" part. Carmilla (music video included) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkg2yb6lA... This one is all english except for the beginning. Keeper of Secrets http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HstsSFHU5... Pretty sure this is all english, except for the backing part that goes something like "Lust, Blood, Sangre, Sangue!" Sangue means blood in Italian I believe... Sangue http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stBppe12jv8 Pretty much all english cept for maybe like a line.. Le Grand Guignol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8a0iv30G0ic&feature=related English Unspoken Words http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1ApjdkFqrk English Gates of Hades http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VK2m1VIVNAM Most of there stuff is english... The only off the top of my head that are not are some of Alexander's work, and the song Sonya wrote called Figilo Dela Luna. Can you tell me which one? Some of their stuff is just hard to understand, so look up the lyrics. And then its clear. Bands kinda like them might be Mandragora Scream. I recommend Blight Thrills, Dark Lantern, Frozen Space, Nothing Stops the Mill, and Blindness. I am really glad you like em. Great band. If you would like to know more about the band, its pretty hard to understand her thick accent, but here is a interview, english, with Sonya Scarlet. There are 3 or 4 parts. Just look in the side in the suggestions for the next part. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFltIqfRHGw And here is one, in Italian, but with captions. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSR6h5S0tck and random behind the scenes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obrW01pUsXU&feature=related The majority of moonlight waltz is english. Pleasure and Pain is as well, but has more other language parts. Trust me they have way more english songs than in other languages. They do both, or a mix. Alexander did other languages more than her, and he didn't even do it often.. EDIT Oh that one is partly both I believe. Here is the main lyrics to Exorcism. Oh Lord help us Holy Mary, Holy Mary of God because he has departed on the road, along the path, on the big road, where the powerful person met, the Vampire. The mother of God appeared on the roads: stopped, don't drink his blood, don't take his strength, don't tear his heart, leave it chaste and pure. Like a pure egg as he like God has created it. You run away, big evil, you run away, small evil, you run away from the nine sorceries, because if you don't want to run away from your wish you will run away for strength. I will pierce you with the knife. I will pierce you with the iron. I will throw you in the fire, and there you will die, like dew to the sun, like a worm under your fett. Go in the desert mountains where the rooster doesn't sing. You disappear there and then you die again. Dances with Satan, Walpurgas Night, and Macabria are some good english songs by Alex. He left in 04, and started some solo work. Look into that, if you are up for it.
