At home workouts? Butt, belly, legs?
Topic: Homework outs
June 16, 2019 / By Abia Question:
So today there was a blizzard, and I couldn't go to the gym to workout. I felt kind of lost, I didn't know how to workout at home.
I am not 'fat'.. I am 130 lbs and 5'8... but I really want to tone,
What are some at home work outs that I can do to burn fat, tone my belly, butt, arms, legs?
If you could make me a schedule of some sort (like a plan), that'd be cool too.
By the way, I do not have any workout equipment,
Dear question mark,
You don't know my life. I do what I want.
Becca, what cardio would you would you recommend?

I highly recommend going to www.exercisetv.tv and checking out some of their workouts vids. They have stuff you can do at home, from 2 min. to 45 mins. target workouts to full body workouts. Their video's are all free, and you can create an account and customize your own personal workout.
in doggy position lift right leg back and up 3 sets of 25, same on left. right leg out to the side 3 sets of 25, same on left
3 sets of 20 squats
3 sets of 30 crunches
3 sets of 30 leg raises
3 sets of 2 minute plank
lay on your back with legs straight up in the air. make as wide circles with your legs as you can. 3 sets of 20 circles (you should feel it on the inner thighs)
3 sets of 20 squats (again)
cardio work is good for your legs too

Do about 20 crunches and a couple candle sticks for your belly and for your butt go on your hands and knees and lift 1 leg up really high and keep doing that or lay on your side and lift your leg up high and for arms lift your arms john and bring them down or so a thing I call the board were you go on your toes and elbows for about half a minute and for legs lay them flat and bring your ankle to your butt so your knee bends and keep doing that
Hope I helped

Okay so push ups do sets.
Inside as in your hands face in (its difficult but you feel it)
Out side your hands face outward (also difficult but you feel the tense)
Then regular push-ups either wide or in.
Do dips for your triceps
And pull ups
Abs. You have planks sit-ups, cherry pickets which is side to side. Or side sit-ups
Legs just do squats lots and lots of squats for challenging do jump squats , lunges, jumping jacks
Mondays you do arms and chest (which are push ups)
Tuesdays you do stomach (ab workouts)
Wednesday you do legs (squats lunges etc)
Thursday you can switch up do squat jumps into jumping jacks into push ups then sit ups.
Keep your pace fast and do more reps and less sets get your body burning you have to push your self.

I highly recomend circuit training. It combines cardio(for fat burning) and resistance training(for building lean muscle tissue) into one workout. These are very fast and effective workouts that don't have you spending hours in the gym. Most of them you can do at home! No fancy equip-ment needed.
For example, pick 6 exercises. Complete each one for 30 seconds without rest in between. That equals 1 round. After each round rest 60-90 seconds then repeat whole circuit 3-5 more times. I like to do a bodyweight circuit(no added weights, just your bodyweight used as resistance) => squats, push-ups, planks, lunges, pull-ups & mountain climbers. Three rounds of those 6 exercises is an AWESOME workout and it only takes me 12 minutes!!!!
hope this helps!
