Which country? in most cases you need to be a commissioned officer. then only the best are chosen to fly military aircraft then only the best of the best are chosen to fly fighter aircraft, first thing you need to concentrate on is getting your commission, that in itself is hard enough to do.

It's not "PT," it's BMTS or BMT for short. "PT" stands for "physical training;" what your husband is going through is BMT, for Basic Military Training. But to answer your questions: The first time you'll get to talk to him is when his training flight earns what is called "squadron liberty." That means that he and his other flight members will be able to go down to the patio and use the vending machines and the payphones. That's when you can expect the call; unfortunately, you won't know about it until the phone rings as he won't know about it until his MTI (Military Training Instructor, same thing as a Drill Sergeant) tells his flight they have liberty. Don't expect it for at least the first week to ten days; liberty is earned, and it takes a bit. Unless you plan on flying out to see him on his Town Pass day (the one day out of his training that he'll be able to leave the base and go downtown to San Antonio) you won't be able to see him until he's either in Tech School or until he's home on leave after completing Tech School. If you choose to go see him during Tech School it will be at your expense all the way - you will NOT be able to stay on base with him, and unless he's several weeks into his training he will NOT be allowed to stay off-base overnight. He'll be able to call you every night once he's in Tech School since his evenings will be free; while he's in BMT you'll only hear from him via the phone when his flight has liberty. He doesn't need the Air Force's permission to get married. And yes, you'll be able to go on the base to see him, no sweat. Be patient, and don't worry about him. He'll be fine, and y'all will be together again before you know it!

Welcome to the fold hun. I will try to help a little if I can. One thing I should start with is that you will not get any benefits being the fiance. Not until you are legally married will you get an I.D. card to get on base, be able to shop at the commissary, etc. You should be able to get on a base near you as long as you are with someone who has an I.D. card. With him being at basic training for 8 weeks, it's pretty intensive. He will be up to his eyes in everything military and will not really have time to do anything else. They do allow phone calls and things of that nature but they may be sporadic at best. Letter writing is the best thing during that time. On the subject of having permission to marry, the saying in the military is that if the wanted them to have a family they would have issued him one. The military knows this is not true. Family is a big part moral and moral is a big part of them being good airmen. Just be up for anything. The only thing he would need permission for is if he is going to take a day off to get married but he does not need permission from anyone to get married. Just be strong hun. Welcome to the family.

He can contact you through the pay phone they have when he has time (dont expect it though). You will see him again after those 8 weeks (during graduation). He will be able to call you right away after he is out of PT. And no, he doesnt need permission from any military personnel to get married. Unless, his mentioning his parents perhaps? About you being on base with him, it depends, you dont get that benefit until he has served in AF actively for 6 months. Only for married couples, engaged is not valid. Good Luck

Zack Originally Answered: Is it possible that strong nuclear force is related to weak nuclear force as gravity is related to dark energy?
One of the great breakthroughs was showing that the electromagnetic and weak forces represent a broken symmetry that can be combined as the electroweak force, which seems a more appropriate parallel. It would certainly be a beautiful symmetry if gravity and dark energy could be shown to be similar. For that matter, a unified force equation would be the Holy Grail. Considering that nobody's yet identified a graviton, though, such speculation is more in the category of pure speculation for now.

no longer somewhat - gravity is a made from mass (says Einstein). Electromagnetism are appropriate - atomic forces bind the atom. on the 2d there's a topic approximately connecting the vast and the small - quantum thought would not stack against relativity and the Higgs Boson is being looked for to describe why remember has mass. on the BBang atoms did no longer exist - the universe GAVE upward thrust to the flaws you point out - they only clarify how issues are immediately - they're finely tuned (no longer with the aid of fact god did it) yet with the aid of fact they have little option to be any incorrect way. yet interior the experience they "shape the universe" - specific.
