Question: im 13, im about 5.4/ 5.5 tall. i weigh about 90 pounds. i have a fast matabalism so i eat ALOT but i still dont really gain any weight. so my only alternative is to gain muscle. spring is coming soon and i want to get thicker legs FAST ! my legs are long and thin. i need to tone them up. any excersizes or techniques that could be useful??

Well you can either use weights or body weight exercises. Assuming you don't use weights. I suggest you do body weight squats, single legged squats and lunges. I know that body weight squats maybe easy, in that case increase the resistance by carrying a bag on your back with heavy books in it. Aim for between 8-12 repetitions for 3 sets. Once you could do body weight squats try single legged squats. This maybe a little harder. Try on the staircase in your house. 1) Face your back to the stairs with your feet together and the back of your heels aligned with the bottom step. 2) While supporting your upper body with one hand extended on the wall or hand rail, lift your right or left foot off the ground until your leg is almost horizontal. Lower yourself until you almost sit down with one of the steps. You should aim for between 8-12 repetitions for 3 sets. Once these get easier try using a bag with heavy books in it on your back.

do as many lunges as possible in 15mins. give yourself a half hour break then repeat the process again. Do this 2-3 times a day after a week you see results do it longer n watch out lol!! (it works your booty,thighs n legs)

Have you spoken to your doctor about perhaps you taking a unisom at night to knock you out so you can get some sleep? There are sleep aids that are approved for use during pregnancy and it may be enough to keep you asleep even if your legs don't agree. During the day you will just have to deal with it probably, but you are so close, your baby will be here in 2 months... you just gotta hang on a bit longer.

i'm purely 9 weeks and characteristic them. i fairly dont think of there's a therapy or therapy according to se you're able to do whilst pregnant -- different than baths, muscle rubs, etc (the huge-unfold stuff that doesnt paintings haha). one element I do is take Tylenol PM -- it a minimum of facilitates me sleep on the grounds that they're frequently the worst whilst in mattress altho i'm getting them whilst sitting in a chair watching television too.
