Try this: 1. Click the View->Header and Footer menu item. 2. In the header, press the Tab key twice to move to the right margin. 3. Click the Insert->Page Number menu item. Hope that helps.

I believe if you click on Insert off the tool bar and select Header and Footer you can input the page number that way. Also do a search within Word on page numbers it can tell you also. Once the page number functionality is turned on it should automatically do all the pages for you. Good luck!

A cover page doesn't have to be fancy. Just put the title and byline for the paper in the center of the page this way: To center it horizontally: 1.Right-click on it and select Paragraph. 2.In the Alignment list box, select Centered. 3.Click OK. To center it vertically: 1.Click on the page. 2.Click on the File->Page Setup menu item. 3.Click the Layout tab. 4.In the Page section, select Center in the Vertical Alignment list box. 5.Click OK. Give it a few extra Enter keys to move it up from vertical dead center and play with font size to make it more dominant. Hope that helps.
