You do need to go to the doctor for a correct diagnosis. The bruising could very well be a Vitamin C deficiency. You could also be one of those girls that get a little anemic during your period. Both of these together would account for generalized weakness as well..A one a day multi vitamin with iron should straighten you out, and for general blood volume and to keep from being feverish, drink your 8-10 , 8 oz, glasses of water daily. Puberty can be like living in a hormone storm. Some girls suffer more than most, but learn to love it, as you will have all this mess and more during menopause.Don't jump to conclusions about minor ailments or you will run yourself crazy.

Honestly not to frighten you but some of your symptoms resonate more with HIV than cancer. STILL, you're very young and unless there's some crazy way by which you could have come in contact with the virus (sharing drug needles, unprotected sex, an unreliable blood transfusion, etc) it's probably not that. Lymphoma is also a distinct possibility, but since you can't know for sure right now, your best bet is to get tested by a reliable doctor in a reliable hospital (be it Russian in a better area perhaps or a native country or an American Embassy doctor or whatever you have access to). Be sure to write down all of your symptoms and explain when you've noticed they occur and how frequently. Good luck, and try not to read the internet too much. Sometimes a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing. You may freak yourself out too much and start believing all these little symptoms add up to something larger when they don't.

This could be anything from a vitamin deficiency to cancer with a whole range of things in between. You need to see a Dr and get some tests done to find out what is wrong.
