Question: I'm thinking that there aren't many legal walls/buildings for graffiti art. So if there was a place you could go to that allowed legal graffiti for a small fee of $2-$5 per person would you be willing to go. Would you be willing to go if it was in Inland Empire in Southern California (ONTARIO). this idea of a wall/building would be in southern california... in a city called Ontario. its 30 mins EAST of LOS ANGELES

Check out Five Points in Queens, NY.. its a whole building. Where graf artist go and pay a small fee to tag up. Its a hot building, you can see it when u ride the seven train. I'm not from Canada... or never been to Ontario... but graffiti is graffiti because IT IS graffiti... and everything that goes along with it... I'm saying that, it started as a way to mark territory and get your name out there... it took a while before it was widely recognized as art. But it is what it is because it is and has been illegal. That's what makes it exciting and the excitement is part of why graf writers write. Like Banksy... my dude has defied the authorities from here to Israel... hes the most famous street artist ever and hes a genius... Do you know what he even looks like? Get my point? So if Inland Empire is like... not a graf place... or nowhere I can make a point... I wouldn't. But I wouldn't know about that.

Ok, Turners will sometimes have CA legal SKSs in stock. Watch for sales. And DO NOT put a detachable or extended magazine on it. That is just stupid. You would be committing a felony for no good reason. You can reload it fast enough with stripper clips. As a gun owner in California, it is incumbent upon you to uphold our image as responsible citizens. Not give the antis more ammunition to use against us. We are slowly winning back our rights, but it is slow going. If you are that worried about crime, and want to get an sks, get one and go practice using the stripper clips. Also work on aiming instead of relying on spray and pray. For the price of that detachable magazine, you can get a scope mount and a red dot scope to go with it. Without having to worry about jail time. As for trying to go toe-to-toe with gangbangers, that is a losing proposition. They can get full auto weapons easily, and they will outgun you every time. If you end up having to fight, you would be better served actually taking the time to aim instead of trying to lay down enough fire to make them go away.

You cannot add a evil feature such as a detachable mag in California, that makes it an assault weapon. In calif. there is a funny law regarding SKS rifles and carbines, they're only legal in their original, unmodified military surplus form. Any modification by the user, like removing a bayonet or adding a "evil" feature that may be legal in any to the rifle besides the SKS< is not legal to do to a SKS. There is a 1997 ruling by the state that banned all detachable magazine SKS rifles even if they did not violate any laws of the federal 1994 AWB. Very few online stores are willing to ship a SKS to California, even if its legal here. Its best to search in local gunstores (used/consigned) or at a gunshow. http://www.gunshows-usa.com/california.htm If you want a good combat rifle, You can get a AK47 in California. Not right away, because I ordered mine back in Mid November 2008 and and its still backordered. However, at gunshow you can order or buy a California legal AK47 for about $1000. Or if you wanna wait 15 more weeks, its $500 online at Lanworldinc. Bulls Eye Sports has a table at most gun shows, they sell 10 rd AK47 magazines for $13 each. Alternatively, much more local you can buy a Kel Tec su16 rifle (A, B and CA models) for about $525 from stores like Turner's outdoorsman or off list dealers like Ade's gun store. Its a split between the AR15 and AK47 systems, made of polymer, uses an action similar to the AR15 but reliable and simple as the AK47. It can be folded for storage, but cannot be fired when folded. Shoots .223 cartridges, takes steel case very well unlike an AR15. Has integrated Picanty type rail on top for scope or accessories, will hold 2 magazines in buttstock, and integrated bipod. Accepts both Kel Tec su16 magazines as well as AR15/M16 magazines.

This Site Might Help You. RE: Where can i buy a California legal SKS rifle? I am wondering where I can buy a California legal SKS rifle? Once I get it I am going to add the evil feature the detachable mag. I have good reason we have lots of gangs that have taken over our neighbor hood and last week our house was hit in the cross fire of a gunfight. I am sick of the cops...

If you don't want to kill anyone, you really shouldn't be buying a gun to protect your home, because that's the only way you can protect yourself. Also, a rifle is a very poor home protection weapon. You can't legally use this gun to shoot someone outside, even if they are shooting at your home. Someone must come in to your house for you to legally shoot them, so a handgun is much more appropriate. Pulling your 1911 to scare people was stupid as well as illegal. It could have gotten you killed. The first thing someone should see that indicates you have a gun is the flash from the muzzle when you fire it.

You definitely need an attorney. Your lowest cost option may be a legal plan that can give you consultations and maybe even write some letters on your behalf. I have a legal plan and I find letters from my attorney usually fix things for me even after I had been ignored for some time by the other party. If your situation is really complicated and time consuming (which it sounds like it probably is), it probably won't be covered completely by the plan but you will at least get referred to a competent attorney and recieve a preferred rate (much better than taking your chances in the phone book). Here is a link to the plan I use: http://BestLegalAdvice.info I hope this helps! Good Luck!
