Attended second meeting of BLAG (Belgrave Lane Action Group) which is fighting a developer who has illegally cleared trees and plans to develop an area designated in 2001 by Scottish Governemnt as greenspace.

Call placed to Yorkhill Fire safety office to check status of dumping in close of 97 Otago St.
Previous contact has left the office, so Steven Crangle is now assisting. He will visit today to assess the materials dumped and contact the landlord in question to remove them.

At HMO court hearing licenses were refused for two premises within GOW. This is very unusual and in one case reflects the concerns and efforts of residents who objected and attended the hearing.

Follow up call to Glasgow City Council Environmental Services concerning landlord dumping in close of 97 Otago Street. Directed to Yorkhill Fire Protection Office who will check landlord’s HMO status and request removal of dumped items.

Gala display in the window of Abacus taken down. Visit to 97 Otago to ask resident flat to recycle and trader to unblock basement level. Children in basement of No 29 Otago and in 103 Otago sheltering from rain.
